Did infants support Japanese aggression? Did little children support Japanese aggression? It was the Japanese ruling military and bureaucratic elite -- and the Emperor. It's inconsistent to condemn the murderous actions of the Japanese military during WWII, while failing to condemn the killing of civilians by others.
